  • Stone Particle Composite (SPC)

Stone Particle Composite (SPC) flooring is made by combining a robust plastic composite with real stone additives to forge the strongest possible core and the best waterproof flooring material. To create our stunning high-definition designs, a top layer of high-quality vinyl is added on top using advanced embossing and etching techniques. A third layer of super-durable high quality balancing paper is added underneath, to ensure moisture protection from below. This three-layer construction ensures that SPC flooring materials are impervious to moisture. Pricing: $$$

  • Engineered Hardwood

An engineered wood floor is constructed of layers of both hardwood and plywood, where solid hardwood is a solid piece of wood with no layers. Engineered hardwood construction has durable, high-performance qualities. It is constructed with multi-layers of wood; each layer is positioned in a different direction. This construction prevents the engineered hardwood from warping and bowing the way a hardwood floor might in moist areas. Its advantage over solid hardwood is that the construction allows for installation in most grade levels of the home. Pricing: $$$$$

  • Carpet

A carpet is a textile floor covering typically consisting of an upper layer of pile attached to a backing. The pile was traditionally made from wool, but since the 20th century, synthetic fibers such as polypropylene, nylon or polyester are often used, as these fibers are less expensive than wool. The pile usually consists of twisted tufts that are typically heat-treated to maintain their structure. The term carpet is often used in a similar context to the term rug, but rugs are typically considered to be smaller than a room and not attached to the floor. Pricing: $$
